We were welcomed at the Club Antonin Artaud (1000 Brussels) for a discovery/initiation day dedicated to writing and bodily movement.
For this, our guides were François-Emmanuel for the written part and Amélie Thonet for body expression. Thanks to their advice and instructions, we immersed ourselves in a world filled with creativity, letting go, and shared stories.
The participants managed to make the words interact with each other and discovered hidden narratives from their minds, sometimes drawn from their history and sometimes completely fictional... But what boundary exists between reality and fiction? Where does our imagination come from, and how are our narratives constructed?
On one hand, the bodily exercises allowed us to rediscover ourselves, and on the other hand, the words helped us create stories, recall memories, or sensations that bring us joy.
In light of these wonderful discoveries during the day, words seem trivial compared to what our participants, with the help of our guides, were able to share with us.
